Ford’s exoskeleton demo at the Canadian International Auto Show – All Hands on Tech

Have you ever tried lifting a watermelon over your head 4,600 times in one day? Created by Ekso Bionics in partnership with Ford, the EksoVest is a leader in wearable technology and the latest example of Ford’s commitment to employees to reduce the physical toll during the vehicle assembly process, lessening the chance of worker fatigue, injury or discomfort. The EksoVest is currently used at Ford’s Oakville Assembly Complex. IT World Canada got a first-hand look at the EksoVest at CIAS 2019.
