OKI Data expands all-in-one MFP line up

OKI Data announced the company’s latest addition to its portfolio A4 monochrome multifunction printers (MFPs).

The entry-level MB451w mono MFP is equipped with copy, print, scan and fax functionality, and boasts wireless connectivity. The MB451w is targeted at small workplaces and home offices.

The MB451w aims at lowering the usage and print volume requirements for smaller work places. The device can be configured to a wireless network. The MB451w has print speeds of 30 pages per minute, RADF for fast copy, print and scan of double-sided documents, and a graphical LCD display along with one touch buttons.

Hiroyuki Fukushima, director of non-impact printer product marketing for Oki Data, said the MB451w offers wireless functionality and a feature set for small workgroups and home office environments. By expanding the product line, OKI Data continues to demonstrate its commitment to the SMB market by providing innovative printing solutions with a low total cost of ownership.

The MB451w will be available at big box retailers such as Costco in November 2012, in addition to OKI Data’s more traditional distribution channel, at price of $299.
