Provincial government of New Brunswick helps build up ICT sector

The provincial government of New Brunswick is making it easier for companies in the ICT (information and communications technology) field to do business by investing heavily in them this year.

The investments are being made towards seven companies in the province to help them with training for staff and to also help get their respective products out to market.

The more than $71,602-worth of investments are being made through the Technology Adoption and Commercialization Program (TACP).

Through the program, eligible companies are provided with up to $15,000 towards 40 per cent of a project.

The companies that are receiving funding through TACP this year include, Don Sayers & Associates Ltd., Knowledge Atlas Inc., Ambir (Ambir Technology Group Inc.), Mariner Partners Inc., and Advanced Publishing Corp.
