Sangoma gets into VoIP solutions

Sangoma Technologies Corp. of Markham, Ont., and Grandstream Networks Inc., a manufacturer of IP Voice and Video products for broadband networks have inked an agreement for the two firms to complete interoperability testing between the Grandstream SIP Enterprise Phones and the Sangoma AFT series of cards: A101, 102, A104 and A108 PCI and PCI Express cards.

David Li, CEO of Grandstream Networks, said that Sangoma is one of the leading suppliers of TDM and analog connectivity hardware solutions for open source telephony applications, such as Asterisk.

David Mandelstam, Sangoma Technologies President and CEO, said Grandstream Networks IP voice and video products enables the company to extend its presence in the VoIP market and continue to look for a one-stop, interoperable solution that meets all their VoIP needs.
