During CDN’s Top 100 Solution Providers event, recognizing the top partners of 2008, attendees were also treated to a partner workshop, led by James Alexander, senior vice-president of Info-Tech Research Group on buyer behaviour and the channel landscape.
Alexander highlighted the purchasing preferences of different sized-businesses and also spoke about key solution trends in the IT industry today.
