Warren N.J.-based Prevalent Networks, a vendor of compliance automation software and cloud services, signed a distribution agreement for its software and compliance-as-a-service cloud services with Synnex Corp.
This agreement offers select Prevalent and Synnex channel partners the ability to purchase and resell Prevalent software and Prevalent Compliance as a Service cloud from the distributor.
