Calgary-based password management provider announces partner program

You may remember Passportal, a password protection service provider which CDN featured back in May, when it released version 3.0 of its management software.

This week, the Calgary, AB-based software vendor announced a cloud partner program aimed at VARs, MSPs and ISVs.

The program would allow partners to rebrand and resell the cloud-based password protection and management service.

“Featuring three distinct partner tiers – Certified (10+ seats); Select (100+ seats) and Premier Partner (500+ seats) – the new partner program offers dedicated Passportal Partner Account Managers and valuable enablement resources and incentives based on volume such as on-demand webinars, re-brandable marketing resources, sales and technical training, as well as lead generation and complimentary licenses,” the company said in a statement.

To help ease partners into the program, Passportal has unveiled what it is calling a Reseller Starter Package, a refundable bundle that includes both technical and sales training modules, five internal user seats, 10 client-based user seats, and white label marketing materials.

“Our new Passportal Cloud Partner Program builds on our mutual success by making it easy for our channel partners to generate more recurring revenues and add greater business value by extending the IT security benefits of Passportal to their clients.,” Colin Knox, the company’s CEO said in a statement.
