Dell unveils Latitude 7400 and XPS 13 – All Hands on Tech at CES 2019

Dell unveiled some new laptops at CES 2019, including a major step-up with its Latitude series. Dell is also upgrading its webcams in its XPS lineup of laptops, fixing past woes with unflattering selfies.
