Montreal-based communications IT provider brings overseas solutions to Canada

Montreal-based communications solutions provider Quovim C3 has announced an exclusive agreement with Geomant to distribute its UC solutions in Canada.

This is the first time that Geomant, which is based in the UK, will have a Canadian offering.

Geomant’s solutions include Contact Expert, a Skype for Business-native integrated, cloud-ready software that offers automatic call distribution capabilities, and allows campaigns to be conducted through voice, e-mail, Web, chat, video and SMS.

“Based on our experience and knowledge of client preferences, and after a comprehensive review of existing Microsoft Skype for Business-compatible contact center solutions, we decided to work with Geomant,” Pierre Lemoine, president and co-founder at Quovim C3 said in a statement. “Contact Expert software is an excellent enhancement to any contact center founded on this platform because it leverages its collaborative capabilities, which directly contributes to an increase in first line resolution of client queries.”
