Xerox Canada is offering its channel partners new marketing tools to help them sell their managed print services (MPS) and ConnectKey workplace assistants.
The new offerings are now available on the redesigned Xerox Partner Portal, which Xerox says provides users with a simpler user experience and is optimized for mobile access.
In addition to several turn-key resources such as HTML emails and newsletters, videos and infographics, the marketing toolkit also includes curated and drafted social media posts that partners can share on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Partners will also notice redesigned partner badges that can be put on window slicks, apparel and signage.
It can be difficult for partners to market MPS due to time and resource limitations, Rick Lingon, vice-president of sales and marketing for Virginia Business Systems – a Xerox partner – said in an Aug. 16 press release.
“We believe in customer-facing engagements but limitations on time and resources can make it challenging to capture the full scope of Xerox’s services and technology portfolio,” he said, adding the new toolkit will help them fill those gaps.
Xerox has been pushing its recently updated Xerox Channel Partner Program for the past several months, highlighting the addition of new entry-tiers, a new online dashboard for tracking partner revenue and, according to the company, more consistent sales rebates.
A spokesperson for Xerox has previously told CDN that the company has 64 authorized Xerox agents and 149 channel partners – high volume resellers to IT solution providers – in Canada.
