Dell Expert Network launches in Canada

Launched last week, the Dell Expert Network will offer numerous benefits to independent IT consultants in Canada. Already successful in the United States and Brazil, the program has been customized to meet the needs of the Canadian market. The program is open to IT consultants and managed service providers (either self-employed or owners of an IT consulting company) that provide IT services to small businesses.

Independent IT consultants play a crucial role in helping their clients build a business that can adapt to changing demands, surmount day-to-day obstacles and prepare for future challenges.

“If you talk to any small business owner, they say there’s absolutely nothing small about their business, except for the number of employees, and IT consultants play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of these small businesses,” says Felipe Torres, commercial and enterprise marketing director with Dell Canada.

Committed to driving digital transformation and generating real results for customers and partners, Dell Technologies has decided to launch the Dell Expert Network to help IT consultants build solutions for small businesses more efficiently.

By signing up for the Dell Expert Network, IT consultants will have access to four main benefits:

  • Dedicated account manager: Every registered IT Consultant will be assigned a dedicated account manager and a team of technicians. This personalized service will help them build cutting-edge solutions for their clients in a significantly faster and more flexible way.
  • Preferred rates: Program members and their clients are eligible for preferred rates on Dell business products.
  • Training: Registered IT Consultants will have access to a wide range of Dell product courses on its Education Hub, as well as training specifically customized for members of the program.
  • NDA webinars: Registered IT Consultants will have the opportunity to join webinars to get a sneak peek at some of the newest Dell products. Dell will have product experts available to answer any questions, live.

All IT consultants and MSPs are eligible to apply. After registering to the Dell Expert Network, they will be contacted by their account manager to formalize the registration process. All benefits will be immediately available through the exclusive Dell Experts Network online portal after the registration process. The program is free, with no commitments.

With an army of engineers and technicians that are accustomed to managing a broad range of IT infrastructure projects, Dell will enable IT Consultants to provide sophisticated IT solutions to small businesses.

Also, Dell Expert Network members will have access to a comprehensive portfolio of seven different brands that combine Dell Technologies, including Dell, Dell EMC, Pivotal, RSA, SecureWorks, Virtustream and VMware.

Let Dell help you grow your IT consulting business by registering for the Dell Expert Network.
