Ottawa-based service provider TUC Managed IT Solutions/CareWorx (TUC) has announced a new partner program to help MSPs and ISVs provide 24/7 end-user support.
The program was designed to be simple, according to TUC. In addition to round-the-clock support, the program also helps with service automation and service management.
“The program is designed to give managed services providers and independent software vendors instant access to our expertise – our people, our processes and our ITIL-based Service Desk,” Marco La Vecchia, vice president of Sales at TUC said in a statement. “We give them the credentials and the expertise to provide better customer support to their end-users and to instantly scale their operations.”
The program is also meant to help companies move into a recurring revenue model.
In addition to a partnership model – i.e. the program is free and includes co-selling and co-marketing – it also features dedicated Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, multilingual support, ITSM ticketing and reporting systems, and self-service options for customers.
Back in February, TUC Managed IT Solutions (TUC) merged with CareWorx Inc., a solution provider that specializes in the niche market of senior care facilities. The former ranked 39th on CDN’s Top 100 Solution Providers list of 2015.
